On-site IT Support Engineer, Istanbul We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a 50-user office in Istanbul. This is a full-time, on-site (8/5) role —not remote. What you'll do: • Day-to-day user support for office staff (Turkish-speaking team) • Support for VDI, Office 365, FortiVPN • Dell laptops, Windows 11, MS Office • Video conferencing (Yalink) and MS Teams • Diagnose issues, resolve what you can, and escalate clearly to admins when needed What we need: • Hands-on IT support experience (helpdesk/desktop support — not customer service) • Practical knowledge of VDI, O365, FortiVPN, Windows 11 • Turkish — fluent; English — working level • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a Russian-speaking manager (English is the working language) • You live on the Asian side of Istanbul, close to the metro What we offer: • Full-time • Clear scope, stable office environment • Working directly with an international team If this sounds like you — send me a message or drop your CV in the comments.
