#Hiring #BusinessAnalyst #SalesforceMarketingCloud #Remote #Salesforce #TechJobs 🚀 We’re hiring: Business Analyst | Salesforce Marketing Cloud | Remote | Full-time | EU & Georgia We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud who can confidently operate at the intersection of business, technology, clients, and development teams. 💡 Your impact: • Gather and analyze business & technical requirements • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders • Define and manage project scope • Create BRDs, SRS, user stories and acceptance criteria • Participate in acceptance testing • Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities • Coordinate stakeholder expectations • Make sure delivered solutions support real business goals 🎯 What we’re looking for: • 4+ years of Business Analyst experience • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Strong business & system analysis skills • Understanding of software development processes • Experience with CRM integrations, including Salesforce ↔ CRM, ERP and third-party systems • Strong requirements documentation skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Experience with acceptance testing • English — B2+ ✨ Nice to have: • Enterprise CRM ecosystem experience • Understanding of marketing automation processes • Experience working with international distributed teams 📩 Contact:@recruiter_natallia
