**Technical Account Manager (Remote, Riga time zone ±2h)** Company: a global payment provider building infrastructure for seamless cross-border transactions and business scaling. **Role:** Act as the main technical contact for merchants, ensuring smooth onboarding, stable payment processing, and efficient issue resolution while collaborating with partners and internal teams. **Responsibilities:** Merchant onboarding and integration support Payment orchestration setup (routing, blocking) Troubleshooting with partners and clients Monitoring metrics and optimizing performance Handling L1/L2 support and escalations Internal support and documentation Maintaining SLA compliance **Requirements:** Strong understanding of card payments and end-to-end flows Experience resolving technical issues, working with logs and APIs Client-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration Basic BI/monitoring tools (Tableau, Grafana, etc.) API usage (Postman, scripts) Availability for occasional off-hours incidents Fluent English **Nice to have:** SQL, alternative payment methods **Conditions:** Unlimited vacation and flexible hours Office in Riga (house with gym, sauna, massage) €1,800 annual learning budget Paid lunches Wellbeing support and corporate library Для отклика пишите в тг @foreverinlovewithsummer #foreign #dashboard #remote
