#вакансия #vacancy #QA #Manual #Lead #AQA #удаленка #Fulltime #remote #TypeScript **Role:** Lead QA Engineer **Location: **Remote **Company:** IREV **Salary:** $2,5k-$3,5k 🔹**About the role: ** We’re looking for a Lead QA Engineer with expertise in expanding and maintaining automated test coverage for our SaaS platform — a system powering digital marketing solutions across multiple industries. You will work to strengthen product reliability, improve test architecture, and ensure fast, stable feedback across CI/CD. **Tech Stack:** • TypeScript, Jest • PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB • Kubernetes, Docker, Grafana, Prometheus 🔹**Key responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring effective testing strategies are implemented across all stages of software development. - Constantly improve the quality of the production environment, and carry out regular quality control. - Design, develop, and oversee the execution of test cases and plans to cover all necessary aspects of testing. - Conduct hands-on testing, defect reporting, and monitoring of defect resolutions. - Develop and enhance QA processes and documentation to improve team efficiency and software reliability. - Master and advocate for advanced testing tools and methodologies, including Postman, Jira, QA Sphere, and JMeter. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality-related issues. - Analyze system specifications to determine precise quality requirements and ensure compliance. - Drive the creation and management of test data and environments to ensure robust testing conditions. 🔹**Our ideal candidate will possess:** - 1+ years of experience in a Lead role. - 3+ years of QA manual experience. - Strong understanding of browser internals, async behavior, API testing, and mocking. - Experience testing distributed, high-load systems. - Understanding of testing strategy, quality metrics, and reliability engineering. - Experience with observability tools and multi-environment debugging. - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience leading a team of 2+ people - High attention to detail and analytical thinking. - Experience with Agile workflows and tools such as JIRA. - **QA Automation experience will be a plus. - Fluent Russian and English at B1+ level are required** 🔹**Benefits:** - Unlock a once-in-a-lifetime chance to join a fully bootstrapped and ready to take off SAAS company and shape your career with us! - Comfortable office in the heart of Limassol or a fully remote job. - Competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience. - A transparent grade system that allows you to track your progress and grow within the company. - Enjoy a generous vacation package of 21 working days per year, with paid vacation available after just 3 months of continuous employment. - Take advantage of 7 paid sick leaves annually, no doctor's note required. - An inclusive and adaptable company culture. - Team Buildings and Happy Hours. 🔹**Contact:** @irev_irina
