DevOps Engineer
#вакансия__ __#vacancy__ __#remote__ __#fintech__ __#devops__ __#remotework__ **Location: remote Salary: 3000-4500 eur** 🚀 **DevOps Engineer** 📍 Remote | Full-time | UTC+1 💡 About the role: We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to take ownership of observability, reliability, and secure delivery across our Kubernetes-based microservices. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Observability & Reliability: • Operate and evolve the observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki + Promtail). • Maintain SLO-driven alerting via Alertmanager (Telegram/Email channels). • Track capacity, performance, and cost across services to improve MTTR/MTTD. Platform & Infrastructure: • Manage production Kubernetes clusters (deployments, rollouts, ingress, load balancing). • Handle container lifecycle (Docker) and secure image management. • Operate PostgreSQL, Redis, and ClickHouse used for logs and analytics. Security Monitoring (optional DevSec scope): • Apply Kubernetes hardening (RBAC, NetworkPolicies, TLS/mTLS). • Monitor runtime anomalies and prevent unauthorized activity. • Ensure compliance with OWASP practices, audit trails, and retention policies. CI/CD & Automation: • Maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines (build/test/scan/deploy). • Implement progressive delivery and safe rollback strategies. • Promote GitOps practices (ArgoCD/Flux) when applicable. 🎯 Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles. • Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker in production. • Expertise with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Alertmanager. • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines. • Proficiency in Bash scripting and automation. • Understanding of secrets management, TLS/mTLS, and secure-by-default ops. • Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills. 💼 Nice to Have: • Experience with NestJS/Node.js or TypeScript debugging. • Familiarity with GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), Helm, or service mesh (Istio/Linkerd). • Exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure environments. • Python or Go for internal tooling. ✨ What we offer: • Competitive salary based on experience. • Learning budget (CKA/CKAD, Prometheus certifications). • Fully remote setup, flexible hours with UTC+1 overlap. • MacBook Pro and equipment provided. • Paid time off and conference support (DevOpsDays, KubeCon). 📩 Apply now: __@Anny_Sunrise
